Turnaround time:

10 business days.

(Monday- Friday). 

 

 

Payment Policy:

Payment is required before the start of all projects!

Please note that we only accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

Checks are not accepted . Once your payment has been submitted, please allow up to 24hours to recieve a confirmation e-mail.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled, and we can NOT issue a refund, however if the design is no longer needed a CREDIT will be issued. Artwork that has been sent by email, a partal refund will be issued based on the time spent on the project on a $50/hr basis!
